Meat mode

Cow elk hunting this fall in the Manastash with the old smoke pole. Looking forward to hopefully shooting my first elk.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

My dad drew a 65+ Rifle cow tag there as well. This is his old stomping grounds so I’m excited to go up there with him on this hunt. Good luck to you guys, hope you whack one!

Nice.

I'll be next door in the Umtanum with my smoke pole looking for a cow as well.

I thought I had an "In" for a bull moose tag, but I guess not....
