Yep!  More power to them!!  When a cat is hungry, look out!
The only good tree, is a stump!

Maybe that’s why I only get wolves at the property one or twice per year……bucause I’m running a cougar retreat.   I have cats on cam all the time.  I need more wolves now so the cats will stop eating the deer and can instead eat the dogs. 😂😂

Or glass half full
You have a deer sanctuary.
Cats just come to play with your deer. :chuckle: :chuckle:

See, even the cats are running out of deer and moose nowadays.
Charlie Kirk didn't speak hate, they hated what he said. Don't get it twisted.

This if fact.  When the cats show up....the deer flat disappear.  That's the easiest way for me to tell if a cat is close....no deer on trail camera for a week.

The article never mentions the obvious, maybe its happening more in this state than other regions because we have an over abundance of both!

I had a cat on game cam 2 weeks ago, no deer within a couple days. so I'd second your statement. The following week I had a black bear on my cam (same area), there were deer the day before and after (possibly same day but can't recall for sure). just my limited observations.

either way I've been getting way too many pictures of predators... selkirk 113.

Every wolf cat encounter I’ve seen, the wolf has won, even the younger wolves.   Of course there is usually at least 2 or 3 of them.

I saw this crazy video on youtube one day. I imagine one on one, if a lion is hungry enough it would be more common.

However, like Bone said most the time I imagine there is more than one and then the cats going to lose.

Neat video, Carp... Yeah, the only video (or tales in this context) that I've seen or heard had the Lion taking off well before the fight. It's not that they couldn't, they just typically don't bother.... I kinda wish they did!
