Idaho's under attack now
« on: March 21, 2023, 08:09:04 AM »
If you look at all the talking points in the article it's straight out of the Dems play book of "blame them for everything your guilty of". They're being blamed for everything the conservation nuts here in Washington do to support their decisions but on the opposite end of the issue. And they are using a senior high school kids position to argue some of it and it states he didn't know much about wolves until two years ago? WTF?!

Exact same article was in the Jokesman Review 2 sundays ago,  I just thought it was Cowles family liberal garbage but it looks like it is making its rounds.

The anti-wolf hunting crowd has been at it with a flawed tact.

Why would a state reduce it's wolf population to the point of ESA?  They'd lose 100% of their control to the Feds, why would they do that?
They won't do that, and they aren't doing that.

These buffoons don't mention the flip side to their argument either.
What happens if IDFG changes the counting procedure, only to find they have MORE wolves?

They are saying an over wolf count could occur. Well a under count could most certainly also occur.

Just like when the salmon was getting listed, the "counters" were told "no, you didn't see that many" hence the salmon got listed!  The rest is history!   The Feds and their crony's have been at this a long time!  Nothing new under the sun!

Outlaw Lobbyist and Grants, and some of this stupidity would go away!!

I absolute love how an entitled high school student acts like they know more about a subject then someone who has a 4-8 year degree and has devoted their career on.

I hear those words
"Best available science"
Just make me puke.
Even using the best science ,these wolf lovers are not gonna stop.
At least there trying to count them.
Look at Washington,it's not my part of the state.
Let's create a wolf sanctuary,as long as it's not in my back yard.

Pathetic article. If idaho opens year around unlimited seasons we will still be way over the objective population. I’m glad the high school kid who started learning about wolves last year was able to educate everyone. I have 1 question for him and the others attacking Ifg. Have you ever tried to trap or hunt a wolf? They have no idea and short of poison idaho will never get wolves down to the minimum population. It’s irritating to keep reading the same old bull$$$$ from the pro predator anti hunting crowd.
