Pretty sure the access road on the south side to windy ridge washed out and is closed indefinitely.. not sure how many other ways in there is but might have to come
From the randle side?

So far a rifle bull tag for Observatory for my hunting partner and a Manastash cow tag too (he will be returning the cow tag). My daughter drew a Manastash cow tag also.  I drew the late Blue Mt foothill rifle whitetail rut tag.  Looks like i will have to move around my Montana deer hunt to fit this all in.

Sounds like your crew is going to have way too much fun this fall! Congrats on the tags.
Myself, my son, and my brother in law drew Blue Mountain foothills west Nov. 9-19th as a group. Extremely excited about it. Especially for the opportunity for all of us to hunt together with tags in our pockets. Everything else is a bonus!

Congrats to both of you, leave me a couple haha.  Drew the muzzy tag for that, starts right after yours ends

Norway Pass (2834) ML Bull Elk. Good thing it happened this year. Next year I'll be too old.

Congrats! Start getting in shape and stretching out your comfortable range on the ML, if you haven’t already. If you haven’t spent time up there, you’re in for a treat. (still are even if you’ve been before).

Only one way to windy ridge, and that’s the 99rd. I think the washout was in 502 to Johnson Ridge Observatory.

I think it's the 25 road that's washed out south of the intersection with 99.

You and me both, but I was unsuccessful yet again. Wouldn’t expect WDFW to allow someone who grew up in the unit hunting these elk to draw it haha good luck to you though!

nothing special for us in terms of antlers but we will probably fill the freezer with a Cowiche muzz cow tag and my wife drew Naches rifle cow tag.  I do have some hope for my muzz Metolius Oregon buck tag.  Hoping for Idaho draw and Montana antelope.
