Something about there printers going down for dealers was the maintenance issue . I still have a good feeling on today about lunch time maybe just maybe

Shutting the system down to do the draws is something they should have been doing a long time ago, IF this is whats happening.  Only makes sense, I have no inside info, just an observation, keep impatient people from crashing the system so they can draw.

Website is back up but the note to dealers about printers is back. They probably broke something when the tried to run it yesterday. redraw time.

the vendors are the prob usually, but I agree, other states seem to do it on queue every year.
