Peninsula Early Archery Quality Elk, should be a fun hunt. Only me and one other guy get all 5 NW Peninsula units to ourselves starting 9/1.

Definitely won’t be by yourselves. Natives start hunting in July.

Not going to worry about them, we hunted it last year and had a good trip, being a week earlier will be that much better.

Thanks all,
We hunted many of the units last year and had a great hunt. We'll be all over the place, depends on scouting, cameras, and friends who live up that way.

Fun hunt! My Dad had the Clearwater Rifle hunt Oct 1-10 back in 2006. He didn’t end up with the biggest bull we saw, but had lots of action and had an excellent experience

Hopefully we don’t have the woods shut down out here for your hunt. Got a pretty good fire going this afternoon.😬

Thanks Ty and good luck in Montana!
I heard about the new fire, Mike Z is keeping me in the loop with things. Sure is hot & dry and the woods closing is definitely a huge concern right now.
