Successful Snow Goose hunt
« on: November 18, 2007, 07:07:58 PM »
Well after forty some days of work I finally got a weekend off.  Friday morning I managed to sneek out and get a limit of snows out in Conway, once the birds started flying it didnt take long for them to find our decoy spread, we had 2 limits in a matter of minutes.  Cant hardly wait to get out again.  Heres some pictures.

Heres were the other place the birds were landing (private property, it was wheat they were eating)

Heres a sky shot for ya

Those deeks look a bit funny in the background of the photo.... But obviously they are working for you. What kind are they? From my computer screen they look like white rags draped over something. Maybe I just have bad eyesight though  :chuckle:

Nice looking batch of birds, congrats to you.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

I'd love to get a couple of those white birds. I called in for my "permission" now I just need to find them if I can ever get away from the hospital and the airports.
