This doesn't look good.  Hopefully, it is just a training day.

This morning (right now) off Mukilteo.

Probably just a training day.  I haven't heard anything from my scuba buddies.  I was actually there yesterday around 1700 scuba diving with my son.  Viz was soupy but cleared a little bit at the geodome and deeper.

Just training - Everett PD does training dives there all the time, too. If it was a missing diver there would be a much larger response....
