Early season goose hunting
« on: July 28, 2023, 10:00:32 PM »
Hello everyone.

I'm thinking about getting into early season goose hunting this year. But, I was going to hunt in the snohomish County area. I don't need to know we're you go,  but I was wondering if it was good hunting for such a short season?

Thank you.

It can be really good hunting if you have one of the few cut wheat fields they will be using or have a good sand bar they are heading to.  They will be hitting a limited number of fields.  Probably feeding twice a day.  Pressure is usually very high for the limited public and private spots in Sept.  If your lucky enough to have some private property locked down that the geese are flying over, you should do well.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
