Winchester Lake Idaho
« on: August 09, 2023, 04:42:42 PM »
Just spent 6 days and 5 nights down at Winchester Lake. Kids had a blast fishing, we caught rainbows, channel cats, yellow belly bullheads, largemouth, perch, crappie and sunfish. Great spot to tent camp, they even had free showers. The fish cleaning station was the nicest I’ve seen.

Definitely recommend this spot for the family, my daughter even found a late season shed while looking for fort building materials 😂

I love fishing there! My uncle lives in Lewiston and we would go up there with him. Great fishing! When we fished there we caught some of the biggest bluegills I’ve ever caught in numbers. Glad your kids got to experience it, those are fun memories for sure.
