Never done it but wouldn't you need to open up the bolt face to go from standard to magnum case? 
Not sure what pricing on that work is as opposed to finding a magnum action to rebarrel or a new gun that's already .375.

I know of a guy who has a Ruger 375 never used that he'd part with.  PM me if you're interested in that route...
