It apparently is a reduction in what roads/trails remain open after 10/15. I know I have seen the signage in there pertaining to 10/15 closures. I don't ride dirt bikes so did not pay much attention.
Like said above those trails will be used until snow flys.

No matter.....quite a few have been nice enough to give me some ideas ...(Thank you to all of you). Looks like prospects may be good for filling the tag. We'll see what materializes in November.
