Ok, we went out and got a big linger this weekend.  The max is 40" and he is about as close to that as you can get.  He was a big buckethead and I'm not "long arming" it like it looks in the picture.  I'm a big dude and this one measured about 39".  It's next to my body.  He was yummy!

Would have liked to tie into several of those out in LaPush !!  did you get him diving or hook em ?? Is there a length limit for divers ??

Got him fishing.  That's the max while fishing.  Next time I'll be diving and get a bigger one...
