Dont throw those rib bones away. Boil them down slowly in a big pot. Seperate out all the meat from the bones and gristle. Then throw in some egg noodles. Makes a super rich beefy soup.

I like to thicken the broth with corn starch and make it gravy. A bit of au jus powder also enhances it.
