POINTS
« on: January 29, 2024, 02:29:59 PM »
Just looked at my points for elk and deer 3 points for each . All my points I have put in for over those years have disappeared being 52 years old it is going to suck starting again. According to their computer system I have only hunted since 2021. So you might want to check on your points no wonder why I am never drawn.

Might be carry over points from before the system changed years ago.  I’m 52 and have 3 points in 65 and over draw.

 :yeah:

I have three points in a whole bunch of categories for which I'm not eligible, more or less the top half of the list.  You need to scroll to the bottom to see the important stuff.

It's possible that you accidentally created a second account three years ago. You might want to call the WDFW and ask them to check if you might have two separate accounts.

Never have understood my special points in the WDFW system.
I've got 65 and over, diabled, master hunter and youth points.  None of which I qualify for.

Yes they checked for a second account nothing there.
2 years ago I had more points than I have now.
It is weird that they only have me hunting for the last 3 years and never before that.

You laugh but I've been buying Sheep and Goat since I was 18 ( 45 now ) . When they changed the system to milk more $ from us ( Quality Elk , Quality Deer ETC ), I lost ALL my previous points for those 2 . I know of 2 others ( a father and son ) that also lost a bunch of goat and Sheep points at the same time .

Guys,

I was joking about my max sheep points.  That totally sucks about your situation.   I turned in a cow permit 2 years ago for points and it was a complete shiz show.
I finally got them back on my 4th try.

I wish you both the best with your 26 points
