My best WA bull. Envious of all the pretty typicals. Nice work and thanks for sharing.

Can’t post that monster without a story.🤣

Ok Crowns, you don't have to put the unit in the story but give us a little background on your bull please! It looks to be from Cle Elum area.  :dunno:      Here's another pic of Crowns bull.

Somewhere on here I recall a huge bull from the NorthEast corner that had really dark black horns and it was laying on a boulder crag in the woods. Like a rocky drainage slope in dark timber. Anyone recall that bull? It was neat and kinda unique.

This thread is a good reminder of why the draw odds are still so bad in this state.  Definity some great bulls out there for the folks that are lucky enough to draw and hunt hard.

2014 Quality tag. Coastal Roosevelt. My brother had this one pushed past him, and shot the pursuer. I thought I was “helping” him put down his bull. Much to my surprise we had both bulls down 20 minutes into opening day and a lot of work ahead of us.

You win

Naw. No winners. I grew up around nice bulls - playing with them every September. Taking photos. When I got the footage of this bull, I got very stressed and obviously obsessed. Spent 33 days scouting that summer. My wife and I ended up killing him on the second day of the season. It was an emotional roller coaster and it’s hard to hunt elk now. I’m just a shed hunter for now. Until I can find one of those big typicals. Just got to keep on wondering what’s over the next ridge and it’ll happen eventually right? Thank you guys for the compliments.
