Hey All attached is a copy of a bill which I knew nothing about. I tried to research this through snope and could not find out anything. Is this true. does anyone know?

Hippies, *censored* hippies were too stoned to put the crazy stuff they thought up into action. These guys are just plain and simple Marxist socialists that want everyone to have an even playing board, and to do so they are willing to drill holes in a perfectly stable hull and let it fill with water so everyone can be in the water together.
