Goose Neck to 5th Wheel Hitch

I'm looking at a older fifth wheel toy hauler that has the RV fifth wheel hitch on it. My truck is currently set up with the flip over ball gooseneck style hitch. Anybody have a decent adapter they've used or found for a decent price that works for this?

Thanks farmin I hadn't seen that one.. was looking at a different style I didn't like so ended up getting the one you posted.
