Do I have to purchase my multi-season elk tag at the same time I purchase my hunting license, or can I buy my elk tag and purchase my hunting license at a later date?

I’m a former resident, turned non-resident and the fee is pretty substantial for a non-resident hunter. I got drawn for both multi season deer and elk, and applied since it’s a little harder for me to get up there to hunt living in Arizona.

You wont be able to buy the multiseason tag without buying a license with elk as an option.
