A buddy stopped by today to show me his new car! In the truck was a box full of chantties and lobsters fresh from the Ashford area!
He gave me a few and I cooked them with onions and potatoes to compliment the fresh channel catfish and perch we brought back from the snake river!
What a meal!!

Nice we got about 10lbs of lobsters and 20 of chants this last weekend. Plus a little chicken o the woods as well! Now just to find a cauliflower!
