Got two bucks on cam the last couple of nights, so the shift is happening. Haven’t seen any rubs yet, but figure it’s only a matter of time till they start popping up. Didn’t hear a single gun today in my area, so either everyone switched to ML or the bucks were hiding well.

Modern doesn’t open till tuesday

Modern has never opened on a Tuesday :chuckle:

Huntwa would be burning down with posts if they moved the opener to a Tuesday 🤣

Had a nice forky trailing a doe this morning at 7:54, he circled back around 10 minutes later, lots of grunting as well

This buck was doggin a doe hard this afternoon about 15 yards from our job site. Didn’t have a care in the world about the nail guns or saws. His neck is building!

Just had a 4-5" spike blacktail walk thru my yard.......wasn't eating, just sniffing. Maybe a little hopeful?
