Well, that narrows down my options.  1 pt deer nada, 10 points elk nada.  Wait for the leftovers.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

I recall many multi-season deer permits being available come August each year. AS in 1000 or so, leftovers?...IDK

very few left over multi-elk permits though
