Golden Eagle bows??
« on: June 26, 2009, 01:42:48 PM »
Does anyone know anything about these bows?  Are they any good or should it be avoided?  A friend of mine has one that I was thinking about buying but I don't know a damn thing about bows.  I'm wanting to get into bow hunting, but once again have no idea about what I'm getting into.  Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.  One thing to keep in mind, I know that quality usually comes with a price, but I'm cheap and don't want to break the bank.  Thanks guys.

I'm not too sure about all the details on it.  It sounds like it's only a few years old, said his ex wife bought it for him for Christmas a few years back and he never even set it up.  Still working on getting more info out of him on it.

they are out of biz...so getting parts is hard ..But they are good bows...but what is he selling for?...how much..and what bow is it and is the draw lenght right for you? cuz you can get a new bow with a rest ,sight and Quiver for 399.00...if you can take it to a pro shop and see if they can look at it for you ..to see if it will fit you...if not when you get more info on the bow you can PM me about the bow I used to shoot for Golden Eagle.

Thanks, I knew they weren't made anymore, but that's about all I knew.  When I find out more about it I'll be in touch.
