I have 3 multi tags in my active privileges. And got hit 3 times on the card. Guess I will have e to navigate the quagmire that is contacting wdfw offices, or just plan on a busy season.  :chuckle:

I was at the hardware store 2 1/2 hours early.  It took the boss multiple tries to get mine to go through, but I lucked out.   @ 10:15 they were sold out and the rest of the guys in line got nothing.  A friend of mine tried from home and ended up with 3 charges for tags on his account.  I'm just guessing but I believe that all these multiple charges is what caused them to sell out so fast.  IF they get their "stuff" together about refunds, one would think they would put the remaining tags back up for sale.  Just saying....

I got charged three times as well but I did manage to get a tag. There has to be a better way than the way they have ran it the last few years. I'd be up for putting the money up front to apply to weed out the guys that aren't serious enough to actually buy it when they get drawn.

Pretty simple.....if you draw, you have 14 days to purchase.  If you choose not to purchase they start sending out notices to the next in line.  Those next in line have 5-7 days to purchase till they are all sold.  If they go this route, the guys buying left over multi season would likely have time to still put in for draws knowing they have a multi season.

I’m on the pay up front team! Refund those not drawn less a fee! I get tired of paying the same price as those that are drawn without the same benefits of the tag. If you don’t want it don’t apply!

Pay up front or do it like an out of state app where your card gets dinged when you draw. This system of apply then decide whether you actually want it is silly. I’m sure from their perspective they want as many app fees as possible though

Patio front works for me.

Has anyone got refunded yet? Wife picked one up and also got charged 3 times. All 3 of which went through on her cards.

I wrote WDFW an email. No response. No refund. I am attempting to dispute through my credit card company.

Is anyone seeing multiple charges but only entered card once? Or did you enter your card multiple times.

Who is surrendering their current tag before the MS tag shows up in the mail?

I’m pretty hesitant, given the snafu that happened Thursday morning.

I surrendered mine the day after.  Will they even send the multi season without the original tag being surrendered???  This is my first year surrendering a tag so I was under the impression you had to before they sent the other.

We went to Sportsman's Warehouse and the gal at the counter had to call WDFW to advise it was being surrendered.  WDFW took the document number and said the new tag would be showing up in the next 5 to 7 business days.

Worst case scenario....I have to purchase a replacement, so I felt comfortable surrendering it right away.

Refund just posted. I didn't request it... so they are on it. Both the tag and conv. Fees refunded today.
