Trespassed and caught on Carnation Farms property and allegedly killed a cow elk. Caught on security cams at 3am with night vision gear.

Pretty brazen poachers.  I’m glad that they caught them.  Hopefully, there will actually be some charges filed.

My guess is, you won’t need a jury in this case, trespassing, hunting at night, killed a cow, and caught on camera and in person.  Lol, I could prosecute this case! Guessing they’ll plead guilty.

Poaching a carnation farm elk in the valley here is a mortal sin in and of itself.

Can only seize what was used in the crime. Driving a vehicle to a location is not enough. Shooting from the vehicle would be a different story.
