Best Spokane/CDA area pepperoni sticks?
« on: November 12, 2025, 07:13:30 AM »
Hey guys lots of older threads about butcher shops in the area, but I’m looking specifically for the Best pepperoni stick the area. Am prepared to head to superior meats in MT today if I don’t get any solid recommendations. How are the sticks at Eggers?

I like egger’s pepperoni. I have had them at the south hill store and the valley, I think I prefer the south hill’s recipe. They’re a little spicier (not spicy by any means) and more firm/dense, I would say. South also has a mild/smoky one as well, these are approved by my 3 year old son haha.

They have a pretty good product,

https://www.woodsmeatprocessing.com/smoked-products/
Woods is a great shop, very clean and good products… just not what I’m looking for in a pepperoni stick  I should add I’ve tried Woods, Scotty’s, and Tim’s all good shops

I use to have them made from a place on the flats just before Chewelah on the left side while driving north. They did an epic job.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.
