I'm in the que to see. I havent got an email but my buddy said he got an email we drew for deer.... didnt say whether or not we got elk but we kind of shot for the moon on the elk front.

Must of been a ton of people that applied, I drew my second choice for deer, which was unexpected given that my first choice was a unit with a lot of tags. Elk was a moon shot, no surprises there....

No luck for DAV deer or elk. Scored on my first-choice full-priced deer. Always happy to have an out-of-state option. Huntin' Season 2026 I'm in.  :tup: :tup:

I submitted for the group application and I haven’t received an email yet but my buddy texted and said we got drawn for deer. Weird the emails are not coming all at once even for the same group…

Congratulations! Being retired for hunting season is a blast! Going into my 3rd as a retiree. Month of archery elk, bird hunting in S Dakota, weeks of whitetail hunting in MI. No complaints!
