I hunted Oregon spring bear tag last year, so points only for me this year.

I got my tag. Oregon resident. I seem to have good luck pulling bear tags and awful luck with everthing else. Looking to kill my 5th spring bear in 5 years.

That is awesome. I have elk hunted the chesnimus a handful of times and really like that unit. Perfect bear country

Chesnimus is a great unit for bear. This year could be interesting with the light snowpack and mild winter. Bear hunting could be really good a lot earlier than normal.
