I hvae never cared for milk
As soon as I was old enough to not get my ass kicked for it I told my folks NO milk for me I havent drank a glass in over 20 years. I do however relize that cereal makes a good nutricious breakfast but its kinda lame without milk. (I do eat it dry as a snack) Well I recently stumbled upon a very good alterantive. Yougert! yep I take special K and mix yougert in and its pretty damned good! Figured I'd speak in case there are others who gag at the thought of milk.
