Nice blacktail
« on: July 06, 2009, 08:31:47 PM »
Spotted this guy lurking around the back yard.  Not very wide but looks like he is going to be a nice deer.

Can't see him very well in the picture. Where is your back yard so I can get a better look?  :chuckle:

Ya sadly enough when I'm deer hunting I very rarely see something of his quality, and it always only a glimmer as it disappears in the brush, not a parade like this guy.

There's deer all over down there, where I used to live. I saw a 5x5 run right by my truck driving down Fruitland Ave a couple years ago. I've seen deer every year between 160th and 224th, elk too. Used to see a ton of deer around Paul Bunyan's but all the development has moved them out.
