Here's another shot of him..

Had like 5 small eye guards on the left.  Awesome buck.

The dirt bag neighbor shot him off his porch over a pile of apples on opening morning..

Shot this whitetail in MT a few years back and he forked on top of almost every point and had some black on his tail.  Had some Mule Deer in the gene pool somewhere..  Have seen quite a few crossed bucks in the area I hunt over there.

why does that make the neighbor a dirt bag?

For reasons unrelated to hunting the guy is a dirt bag..

It's a great buck and I'd love to have him on my wall but personally I would rather scout, camp, hike in, and pack out a spike before I would shoot the neighborhood buck from my porch.

He's also such a good shot that he shot it in the butt at 6 yards and it ran about 500 yards through the neighborhood bleeding everywhere and ended up dying on my buddies porch.  Took him 2 hours to figure out what happened and where it was.

To each his own but that's just not my thing.  Would rather enjoy watching them all year.

But that just my two cents..

Seen that nice buck on the site many a time!!
The only man who never makes a mistake, is the man who never does anything!!
The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.
