I recently purchased an Xdm in 9mm and absolutely love the gun. Great choice.

One of my best purchases.  Fits great and I was pretty accurate right out of the box.  Easy to break down/clean and fun to shoot.

My XD40 fits my hand perfectly.  Plenty light enough to use as a CCW.  Reliable enough to use for home protection.  I'm going to pick up a couple extra mags and try it out in local match shooting.  Really like all of the extras that came in the "kit".

I bought an XD 40 several years ago and had never had problem with mine.  Very durable gun.

Shooting my XD9 in the Washington State IDPA match tomorrow. I've got about 2500 rounds through it... without a single hick-up. I went from never having shot in competion... to 5th overall (out of 73) in only my 3rd match using the XD... I see more and more of them everytime I shoot a match now.... that's proof enough to me that they're an awesome weapon for defensive shooting. I carry it everywhere I go... and I'm 100% confident that it'll handle any situation should schitt ever hit the fan. Great choice for a carry/HD/fun gun!

I'd buy the one that i shoot the best and have the most confidence in, Confidence in your ability to hit your target under any situation is far better than what caliber you carry.. Stoping power means nothing if you dont hit what you shoot at. :twocents:
