Best rangefinder (for under $1K) is the Leica without a doubt. If you've got all the dough in the world... the Swarovski is top notch.

I have a Nikon Monarch 800 but from what I've read the Leica is probably better. For GPS I've got a Garmin 60CSX which I wouldn't have a problem saying it is the best although there are others that are just as good, and some like the Rinos for their additional capablity of communicating with other Rino users.

I love my Garmin Rino, but the newer 60CSX are REALLY nice.
Would opt for a Leica rangefinder if money was not a factor as they get pricey.

The new Leupold RX-1000 TBR is really cool.  You can plug it into your computer and tune it to your gun/bow.  The only thing is it wont go past 60 yards in TBR bow mode.  I also have a 60csx and love it.

I agree word for word.

For range finder I have a Luepold GX-1 and have been looking into the Garmin Rino 530 and Oregon 400t.

I like the Nikon Riflehunter 550 for a hunter with a budget.  Small, light weight, and with angle compensation.
