Tl will have to answer that question for you.  THANK GOD, you have it this year and not me.   It is a tough job, and you are kicking butt.  I'd imagine you can get a team signed up, but you'd need to start over on coyotes, past ones not counting.     That is some serious killing guys.

Tl, I think you need to count pics again though, there were 6 wolves in the pic, one bobcat and I have posted at least 2 coyotes so far. LOL

Bearman, you KNOW I am always game for one of your calls.  Anywhere from experiments you want tried to custom show pieces.  I love them all.

TL - I see that you added me to a team.....not sure if you included my dogs or not, but I didn't take pics, so if you did, they shouldn't count.  Just want to be fair.   I didn't really want to play this year, cause walking over to get them is tough in my country (Snake River Breaks).  I would rather just shoot them and look at pics on here  :chuckle:

Sorry Bone didn't mean to confuse anyone, I was only doing a body count not points.

I should have counted up all the misses .   :hunt2: :hunt2:

You would need a calculator for Team Lowedog's misses!   :chuckle:

199 coyotes!!! Is there an official estimate anywhere on how many coyotes are in WA?

Talking with the game biologists in our area a year or two ago, he said their was no way to get an accurate count, the only thing they know is when ranchers will come in from time to time when ever there's a problem.  But most of the ranchers near me carry rifles anyway.  Got to protect their investments.  199 coyotes is alot of coyotes though.

Add a miss for me  :bash:

Wanted to hunt all weekend over christmas but was fogged out. Had a short break in the fog and had some down time between Christmas presents and Christmas dinner. Called one in but it froze up around 600 yards, at the same time one came in over the back and busted me. Got one shot off before it was out of sight.

Picked up a .243 from Jackalope and was giving it a try last weekend.

Thanks for the thanks guys.  Wish I had more to add, but out of 18 stands I have come up with 1 dead coyote (too tough of a walk....o.k. too lazy of a hunter), seen 4 coyotes total, and one fox.  Brutal.

jjhunter and guano were added to teams as of 12/13.  That was around the time they made a request.  If you guys have photos of anything after that date, go ahead and post them up and we will score them.

Bulldozer - Post who you want on your team, and we will add you.  Points start from that moment, like Boneaddict stated.

I wacked another today just before dark in the ice/snow storm we had. He was locked up at about 800 yards and i didnt think he would end up coming in all the way, but he saw the mojo decoy and came waddling in to 129 yards. I nailed him with the .204. It was to nasty to try and get a field picture out so i parked the rig in the garage for the picture ;) tally up another for team lamar.

Nice Going Firecrotch!

You seem to be getting back into them!  I saw a lot of dogs today, few pairs, but they were in a hurry to get somewhere.  But, ALAS!  I think I found out where they were headed.....

I'm a little embarrassed that it took me so long to figure it out, but it is New Years Eve and all.

Seems they were having a party.  This guy must have started drinking a wee bit early and sadly won't see 2010.

I'm such a party crasher  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
