Zips is still in business?  There used to be one in Nisqually next to I-5 when I was a kid.

-Steve

You're thinking of VIPS,  I don't think there has ever been a Zips on this side of the state

:jacked:   -Just a side bar while we're waiting for the whole story on that hog of a Bull going east.

Yeah.. VIP's.. That's it. I remember good food there. We used to tube down the lower Nis and walk there to wait for mom to come get us. Those were the good ole days in the community of Nisqually.

Zips was started in like 1953 in the tri cities.
One in Ritzville, ( not the best )
And tons of them in Spokane.
Many of the stores are owned by different people. Most of the food is the same.
Tater sauce will vary from store to store. I have my favorites.
I'd love to have a zip on the west side of the MTs, but I have a home here in Snohomish and then a home in Spokane. So I get my fill.
Oh yeah the fires will vary from store to store also.
And the sell Pepsi products...

As for the bull, yes nice animal.
He won't need a zip burger for some time.

I see he is headed for west Spokane, Five Mile, Indian trails area. Hmmm?
Question is, where was he coming from.

Your buddy might want to get a tag for the trailer.  ( unless it is pinned to the wheel well )

Zips is like WD-40 for the colon. Good food, but make sure you plan on sittin for a few afterwards. Helluva nice lookin bull. Get your buddy hooked on the site so we can see more of that bad boy.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply but just to busy and also computer idiot  :dunno:( will get pics posted soon) but going to get this beauty scored soon. Taxman guessed maybe scores 370 but I went on a mulie hunt recently and the guide is guessing closer to 390.  7x8 Bull from N.E. corner of the state killed last day of muzzelloader season.  Quartered and extra meat weighed 350 lbs. when it was dropped of at the butcher. Had a broadhead in the back and small cal. bullet against the tail bone. It really don't matter, I'm still on Cloud 9 when the pictures come out.  :IBCOOL:
