I would make the drive to Moses Lake and talk to RJ at Quicksilver Kennels for a gsp look at his website and try to find a trainer with more accomplishments! Had my gsp there for 2 months and couldn't be happier with the results.

Pointer (GSP, ES, Viz, GWP, EP, etc...) owners in this state have multiple options for good trainers.  Just like hunting, do your homework and you'll find what you're looking for.  I have been to a seminar with R.J. and he's certainly a good trainer, I would recomend him and take my dog to him.  I have a shorthair and when I was looking for a trainer I had a visit with Dan Hoke of Dunfur kennels, I decided to go with him.

I'm happy with how my pup turned out and will take my next to him but like I stated earlier there are more than just a couple good trainers in this state.  Good Luck.

Jake
