I've been up and down these hills and ravines for 5 days in a row.
There ain't no stopping a buck when he get's the urge to go.
Round and round, up and down chasing a crazy doe, you look left and right, shake your head, when did he go.
It's like a lost and found in a border town, you ask another hunter-have you seen anything, he just looks at you and says, no I haven't seen a thing.

One will make the mistake, have fun and again good luck to you. I keep getting on here at dark and looking through until I find your updates, waiting patiently for the pictures.

Good luck Sandy! Hope to hear the success story soon!
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

Not that my opinion matters, but id like to know where the pic of the snow is from. :dunno: I just spent 5 days in Entiat and the most snow i saw was on forest mountian and it was only 5 to 6 inches. all the way up. Nothing like the snow in your picture Sandy. I did see more snow in Brief, but only because i took a drive to look at that part of my map. Care to inform us Sandy? Best ive seen was an average 4 point on mud creek behind some private property some one spooked up the hill. He had 5 does with him. I have seen 2 women in the hills. If i may ask Sandy, what are you driving or riding in?  I took a shot at a 2 point this morning on mud but missed. My last day and i didnt want to go home empty but i did. Saw a blood mess and fur this morning close to the bottom of Oklahoma. Some one got one. It was about 11:30am. Went up Oklahoma looking then came back down. Headed home.

WHat's going on?  Is there a buck down...?

Doesn'tmatter, stand up on top of mud as far as you can go and look. The pic'a are scenery from up there looking in all directions, I believe the snowy peaks may actually be on the Swakane side, not too sure, just taking pic's for my album. Are you sure you missed that 2pt. on Mud cause we found one dead today, I'll post his pic tomorrow.

I have until the 30th. I see bucks everyday, you have to get out of your vehicle and walk. I take the pic's from my vehicle because my camera show a better pic than my cheap bino's that is why I have pic's of bucks. I get in there but can't get past the 70/80 yd doe barrier. Today at 7 am I was set up in a real nice spot, there was a buck and 2 does coming in, they needed to come another 70 yds for shooting range, another bowhunter shot a doe, took his truck over the tundra, there was no rd. and was making all kinds of noise getting his deer out and spooked my buck back to where he was coming from. The second set up had a bowhunter charging down a hill after that big buck that needed to come another 150 yds. and spooked him and about 20 does down to the main rd. area. The third buck we spooked because we thought they were all does, bummer. And yes I am having a good time, a very tiring good time. I leave in the dark and come back in the dark, eat snacks during my hunts and dinner at night, dinner is the only main meal we get because we are too busy busting our butts on steep hills and deep ravines, because that is where the deer are. I didn't get pic's of the 2 big guys today because I leave my camera in the vehicle, one was a 4x4 w/6 inch drop tine chasing does, and a 3x3 and a 4x4 I did get a pic of. I'll post it in a minute, I'm trying to type and heat my already homemade turkey dinner, it is Thanksgiving you know and the first time I haven't ever been with my family.
