Dead Deer Down
« on: October 17, 2009, 09:11:15 PM »
we got some bucks today! i shot mine after passing 7 or 8 legal ones tryin to get my girlfriend a shot.mine wasnt exactly what i was hoping for with the multiseason tag, but he was limping on a broken leg and i didnt want to let him get away. that was at 9. then we weny home and skinned it and went back for more. we spotted a buck from 800 or 900 yards and staked closer. jamie shot her first deer a couple times at 370 yards! man was she excited! and me too! hers is the first pic and the next one is mine!

+1.  One of the most ethical hunters I know shot antelope 3 years in a row that others wounded and didn't follow up.  Props to you.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
