Need hunting buddy for West side ELK

I know this sounds stubbed, but I hunt by myself because I'm new over here and don't know anybody to hunt with. I've hunted elk for many years on the east side. I will be hunting the Forks area taking the hole season off work to hunt. If you need a hunting partner post and maybe we can work something out. I'm not looking to take over someones hunt spot, just someone to hunt with and maybe show me some areas. Like I said I don't know anybody over so I will keep all area to myself. I know first hand whats it's like to take someone hunting and the next thing every swing D!(K is in your area. I really don't think anybody will take me up on this but what the hill, I'll give it a try.

I am kinda in the same boat.  I want to do a couple of day hunts over to Elk Area 6064 portion
of GMU 638.

i wish i could help. want to take people but i need to think about myself getting a elk. i'll be camped at matheney hunting clearwater area on the coast. getting a tooth pulled tomorrow then might head up for some cougar calling. i bear hunt matheney. use to guide there. same guy's i took still hunt it i know about hunter's hunting your spot. tough hunting up there. Me too, I am planning on hitting Winston Creek for the first time in 15 years, I bet it has changed !
I have 3 guys wanting me to scout out a camp spot before late season because it is 1/2 hour from my house and they are threatening to park their trailer in my yard. LOL
I have been planning on day trips. If I had more time I would head down to my early season spot.

I am looking for someone to hunt with, but I have no elk hunting experience. I tagged early on deer so I can now shift my efforts to Elk. I was thinking heading down to 530, 550, etc units. They are pulling 200+ elk a year on the hunting reports so it can't be THAT hard to find them??? 

Maybe the peninsula?

I have a 3day weekend opening weekend. Let me know if you are interested.

I am also from the eastside . I grew up in Medical Lake. I am archery hunting elk this year but would be willing to help with some possible areas. Also if you get something down and need help packing I could help you as well. Feel free to pm me.
