My guess, the buck in the truck is decieving because it's not a very tall rack and the ears are laid back, both of which make it appear bigger. I tried to visualize those ears forward and would guess he is about 26", give or take an inch.

wish i had a strait shot to look at very hard to say at the angle i would say 27" but the angle might be throwing me a bit i usally get pretty close on our deer because i know how wide there ears are i measure alot of bucks ears before the horns our deer don't vary much about 1-1 1/2" is all very nice buck love the shap of the horns

No, I saw one like it in Okanagon about 5-6 years ago..we figure it was about 30".
