For me at least...
Ended up moving to a larger caliber than smaller with less recoil since I got a great deal on everything. Only a couple weeks old with a few boxes through it, but potential lay-offs had some sales going on (and I hope he is able to keep his job!).
Used the "cheap" ammo to sight in, then tried 180 E-Tips. Just shot off a bipod and not a good bench rest, but still had two well under an inch, with one more making about 1.25" groups. Good for elk for sure.
Tried a couple of 180 ABonds, but my shoulder was getting sore already from the 300WSM, so switched to the 165 TSXs that he said it liked. Got a few on paper, and it does like them. The paper shows the group and maybe it can do better than that still with a proper rest, at least in the rear. Happy with it and shows potential.
The trigger is way too heavy though even after he adjusted it. Great feel to it, just needs to be adjusted more. Bad photos from the camera phone, but wanted to show something. Might replace the Decelerator with a Limbsaver. After 23 rounds, my shoulder hurts. Should weigh in at or just under 8lbs without bipod.

Got it close, then flipped it over for a group.
