after reading this thread and all the talk about racist comments, i'm going to start putting the race of any hunter i post about, white, black, brown, yellow, or green, just so people don't think i'm racist when i do actually say something about another race of hunters.  :

I wonder how you describe Indians hunting or Tribal hunting without mentioning their race.  I could be wrong but I don't recall you ringing in calling people racists on threads about Indian hunting. Describing race happens everyday. We had some Norwegians visit here recently. Dare I say that.

If you see a reportable situation are you going to skip the race even if you know it.
There are multiple situations where we describe people by race or color or
disability.

What if they were gay, disabled, midget mexicans?

So are you discriminating against me?  I am disabled and get referred to regularly by hunters, doctors, judges, officers, friends, at church, and strangers. It is a description.

Well you're a retard too but it doesn't mean we have to say that every time we refer to you. ;)

Sako, I'm sorry, I was not trying to say you are racist. Just that those 3 topics have come from the original post. I grew up in the lower Yakima Valley and anyone that is familiar with that area knows that the hispanic population greatly out numbers the other ethnic groups.  I honestly didn't even catch on until I read other posts.

I love how everyone is eagar to jump on the racist bandwagon. Just because somebody utters something that is not "politicaly correct" doesn't make them a racist. Calling a Mexican a Mexican is a description. If he had called them a less than flattering slang term, then I would see the racist point, but he didn't, so quit being so damn sensitive about everything. If you can't handle the fact that not everyone walks on eggshells to avoid offending the super sensitive idiots, maybe you shouldn't play with others.

Now that I have completely jacked this thread, I think that this state has far too many hunters, for the size of the hunting area's and the game population. I also think that if certain groups are continually granted over consumption of our game, then it is just a matter of time before most area's will be permit only, with very little trophy opportunities.

huntinphool you have been dogging me, changing my post, and putting words in my mouth. If you think my disability is joke so be it.  I certainly don't.

You have helped steer this thread into into accusations and problems. If you don't like my opinion just say so. You don't have to agree.

I meant to apologize to boneaddict, I thought I was contributing but ended up handling other things in your thread.

So...back to the beginning...how often do you think we actually get regress bucks in this state? I mean, its all speculation, but after looking at the teeth on my dads buck that I was talking about, it was (at least in my opinion) a regress. It was super heavy, morphed out length, and the teeth were tiny compared to 3.5 to 4.5 yr old deer. Unless it was eating rocks, I think the deer was in its last couple seasons. Am I wrong?

Maybe you should become the president of the united states since you think you know everything? You must have graduated with a masters degree from harvard, sounds like you've done alot of research.

I can't wait for this state to create a special hunt for regressed bucks, open only to hunters with English-Scottish-Romanian gypsy/jew-Swedish-Cherokee ancestry.  We have been discriminated against and downtrodden for too long.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
