Per a conversation with the WDFW Wac'em broadheads are not legal in Washington. The blade has that little notch on the bottom inside edge. I know, it makes no sense.  :bdid:

Your an outlaw. RUN! :guns:

Oh btw nice Blackie that you harvested illegally.  :chuckle:

It is unlawful to hunt big game animals with
a broadhead blade unless the broadhead
is unbarbed and completely closed at
the back end of the blade or blades by
a smooth, unbroken surface starting at
maximum blade width forming a smooth
line toward the feather end of the shaft and
such line does not angle toward the point.

That is from the Reg's. The Wac'em doesn't have a smooth, unbroken surface. They considered it a barb. If you look at the broadhead it has that little notch by the shaft.

Also I don't want to jack this guy's thread. We can start a new one in the bow hunting area if you like. But we have spoken to the dumb rules dept. and that head is not allowed.

AHH. The debate over "poached" or "not poached". Good luck with that.
Nice BT.

There is no debate happening I was just giving him some ribbing and guy's wanted to know if my info was correct or not.

I don't think poached ever crossed anyone's mind.

Again, please keep the comments to this guy's awesome Blackie. We can start a different thread if you like.

My comments were in fun because most people don't know those broadheads are not legal.
