Muley buck sighting!!
« on: January 06, 2010, 05:20:59 PM »
To bad it was in the headlights on the way to work this morning!  :bash:

Came out of the drive, and 2 does, a 3x3 and 4x4 buck were standing in the road.  They stuck around just long enough for a good look, then up hill they went.  The 4x4 was wider than his ears, but not real tall.  The 3x3 was taller but not as wide.

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

trust me, the camera is going every day from now on.  The wife will be home this weekend, so will have the good camera again.

I know what you mean.  About a month ago I was in the work rig, no camera  :bash: and the biggest muley I have seen this year trotted across the road in front of me.  About 24" wide, tall, deep forks, nice mass...  I've been doing better keeping my camera in my work rig.  Got a couple of pics of buck this morning, no big ones.  3x3s and 4x4s.  Also a 2pt that had already shed his right side... (couldn't get a pic of him, he was playing hide-n-seek... :chuckle:)
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
