07 Bull Tag Results
« on: January 21, 2008, 08:48:00 AM »
Sorry if this does not work, first time posting pictures.

First of all, dad and I got lucky this last year drawing the Clockulum A tag. We spent a lot of time in there, hiking and horsebacking, with my brother. We saw a lot of bulls scouting the area. Two days prior to the opening day, we packed in camp on horseback and located a few bulls the night before. Opening morning, I filled my tag with a 6x7. Dad filled his tag the next morning. We packed out the meat and left the camp. My brother returned the next weekend and filled his spike tag. A great year of elk hunting with some great memories. Here are a few pics.  Enjoy.

Hey, is that a negative 3 months or 3 months?

And, you can still take those kids hunting....Heck, I had my first born out steelheading at about 2 months old.... Old pictures laying around here somewhere, wife asleep under a tarp keeping warm next to a hibachi with shishkabobs, and me working a bend in the river, baby tote next to me in my waders along the riverbank... :chuckle:
