Well going to take the boy out in the am an try for some yotey dogs. After he found out I took one of his coon hats to make a decoy after he told me no, got to take him now. He wants to see if it will work LOL. He only has about 5 coon hats LOL. Tried to hide but he caught me. He's a great kid laughed at me for being sneaky. This will actually be the first time going out specificly for yote dogs. Should be fun trying my call out an then later going to spotlight them in some private fields I grew up by.

Thanks yeah I do owe him, but it is all in good fun. Will share pics if we get any. Which I hope we do. A lot of yotes where we are going.
Told him he could wear out there an sit in the brush for me. He didn't like that idea, he thought I should wear it an sit in the brush for him!!

Just curious if you wouldn't mind sharing the general area you hunt yotes in? I'm in Monroe and have been interested in getting into hunting them myself.

good luck. i took my son out for the firs time on xmas day and he had a blast and we never even saw anything. your son will appreciate and enjoy those moments for years to come. good luck and let us know how you do.

Nodda one fired 2 shots all weekend. Well his back in school got my gear ready heading out in the am to try to get some with no kids or friends to talk me outta it! LOL The 243 is sitting by the door.

Well no yotes, but a ton load of sign. So the kid skipped school an came with seen 3 really nice deer, no pics as my camera is not water proof Damned!!
