First taxidermy mounts

I don't have a camera right now so I had to take it with my cell phone.  I figgure it is a really crappy mount and really crappy picture isn't going to hurt things.  

You guys are lucky you didn't use an really early season cape for your first mount.  You guys have 10X as much hair on your to cover stuff up.

Mine was 1994 I believe.  So that mount has survived about 16 years.  (holy crap time flies)   I'll round up my first bird here shortly.

OK, here's my first.  Truly a basement job.  Used an old taxidermy book.  I ordered the form too large, and the lips kept tearing on me, but I wouldn't give up on that damn cape...
