Hey looks like we have a lot more great bucks that have been added since last year. Nice bucks everyone.  Couple of monsters as far as I can tell.

YA it was a late tag. thinking about heading up there tomorrow, now that my wife has gotten over being gone for a month this year.

If its not a spike I won't shot it!! :)  5 pt blacktail would be my choice unless its 30+ mule deer

I have thought about going out there and looking myself, but they are sort of a rarity to be like that so I am jsut spending time with the family.

holy crap what a buck!!

got a story to go with that hogg? wa buck?

:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

We were in montana and had been passing up lots of bucks and I kept telling my boy the old saying you can;t shoot the little ones if you want a big one. That story was starting not to work he was ready when we spotted fresh tracks and started following them and this buck stood up right in front of us. He shot and away it went and I could;nt tell where he hit it but with fresh snow it made it easy to track and it only went about 50 yards. The body was really big and the horns measured a little over 30 inches. It was really fun being able to take my boy to montana and to be able to see so many nice bucks and actually turn down nice 4 points in order to get a trophy.
