This fall.  I was at about 20 feet.  I had a hard time focusing on him, the camera wouldn't pick him up out of the brush on autofocus.  I have a couple more as soon as I have time to hit the photobucket.  Dial up is just plain nasty.

Not for a better place to put them, here are a couple more pics of the bear you guys saw earlier in the spring bear post, and was on our front page for awhile.  Again, my wife wasn't too impressed, but I was having fun.

 A couple years ago I remember an outfitter at the Sportsman's show had some video of a blackie from the Blues that was unbelievable, they estimated it's live weight between 7-800lbs.

Last year, late spring.  He's a montana bear I believe.  My friend Ernie got them while at work.  Lucky Dog.(hornseeker on here and on MM, he just joined us today)
