03 and 04 bulls from Winston Creek.  03 was called in for a 12 yard shot.  04 was located with calling and then stalked in on - 50 yard shot.  Both animals were actually shot while they were on logging roads.  The 03 bull trotted about 50 yards before piling up right on the side of the road.  The 04 bull made it about 75 yards in distance, but was only 40 yards above the road.  Both were real tough packs :IBCOOL:
May that for which I prepare never come to pass.

New guy to the forum, so here are a couple of shots from last season. I've been at it for three years and finally found success last year. Deer was shot on 2nd day of the season and the cow came after 8 days of hard hunting, actually stumbled across here 10 min into my 1-hr treck to my hunting spot (yes I shot her wearing shorts and a white t-shirt). Anyway both animals were heart shot (deer at 25yrds and elk at 40yrds), neither made it 50 yrds before falling over dead.
